NPG Pole Mix is designed to hold moisture evenly, encourage aerial root attachment, and stay structurally stable over time without collapsing, compacting, or turning anaerobic.

This mix supports consistent root hydration while still allowing airflow, making it ideal for Monstera, Philodendron, Anthurium, Scindapsus, and other climbing aroids.

Long-fiber sphagnum moss, coco chips / husk chips, tree fern fibre, perlite or pumice, biochar, and a light inoculation of mycorrhizae.

The structure remains open and stable over time, encouraging strong root attachment and vertical growth rather than slumping or compaction. It is balanced for regular misting, hand watering, or drip-style pole hydration.

How to use

Lightly moisten the mix before packing into your pole. Pack firmly but not tightly to maintain airflow. Keep the pole evenly moist rather than saturated. Suitable for misting, hand watering, or pole irrigation systems.

Why we made it

Most pole mixes are either too fine, too dense, or simply repackaged sphagnum. We developed NPG Pole Mix to stay open, hold moisture properly, and support long-term climbing growth — the same way we grow our own plants.
