The Fine Print (Terms & Conditions)

The following terms apply to the NPG Loyalty Rewards Program, the Referral Program, vouchers, and redemptions:

• Points expire 12 months after the date they were earned
• Tier status must be maintained by keeping your points balance above the required threshold
• Points cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash
• Referral rewards apply only after your friend completes their first purchase
• Rewards apply to online purchases only
• All vouchers, reward credits, and point redemptions are non-refundable
• If an order is refunded, only the amount paid will be returned — points, discounts, and rewards will not be reinstated
• Early-access offers may be limited and can sell out
• Misuse of vouchers, discount codes, or reward redemptions — including placing multiple small orders to game the system — may result in cancellation or adjustment of orders
• NPG may merge, adjust, or decline orders where voucher misuse or reward abuse is detected
• Only one voucher, discount, or reward may be used per order (unless explicitly stated otherwise)
• Store credit, points, and voucher codes cannot be stacked, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used to purchase gift cards
• NPG may adjust program rules, tiers, benefits, or earning structures at any time
