Every great event starts with great people — and the Botanica Market is no exception.

We’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Jördis & Jennifer over the years, and it’s hard to imagine the market without them at the heart of it.

They’re two passionate plant lovers who set out to create something lush, local, and welcoming — and they’ve absolutely nailed it.

What started as a shared love for greenery has grown into one of the South Island’s favourite plant events — and it just keeps getting better every year. 🌿

Their vision has always been about community first — creating a space where people can connect over plants, creativity, and good conversation. Every market they organise has its own unique vibe, but that same feeling of warmth and genuine care is always at the core.

We’re incredibly grateful to be part of something they’ve built with so much heart. ✨
