πΏ Epipremnum Amplissimum Aurea β Long Elegant Foliage with Golden Lime Variegation
Rare, fast-growing, and incredibly elegant β Epipremnum Amplissimum Aurea is prized for its elongated tropical foliage splashed with vibrant golden-yellow and lime variegation. The narrow lance-shaped leaves develop with marbling, streaking, sectoral splashes, and soft aurea tones layered across rich green surfaces, creating a flowing jungle appearance unlike typical Epipremnum varieties.
As the plant matures and climbs, the foliage becomes significantly longer and more dramatic, often developing stronger variegation and a graceful cascading or climbing habit. Some leaves emerge heavily marbled while others display bold golden sectors and fine mottled speckling throughout the blade, making every leaf completely unique.
Fast-growing, hardy, and visually striking, this is an exceptional collector aroid that quickly becomes a standout feature in any indoor collection.
β¨ Quick Care Tips:
π§ Water: Allow the top layer of substrate to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid prolonged saturation.
βοΈ Light: Bright indirect light helps maintain vibrant aurea variegation and encourages stronger growth. Avoid harsh direct sun.
π« Humidity: Prefers moderate to high humidity for optimal foliage size and healthy growth.
π‘ Temps: Thrives between 18β28 Β°C. Protect from cold drafts and sudden environmental changes.
πͺ΄ Soil: Performs exceptionally well in our NPG Aroid Formula, providing the ideal balance of airflow, moisture retention, and structure for vigorous root development and climbing growth. Alternatively, use a chunky free-draining aroid mix with bark, perlite, and coco.
π± NPG Tip:
Give Amplissimum Aurea a moss pole or climbing support early β mature climbing growth produces significantly longer foliage with stronger golden variegation and a much more dramatic tropical appearance over time πΏ
