🌿 Alocasia Sanderiana ‘Bull Pink’ – Sculptural Foliage with Striking Pink Variegation

Bold, architectural and highly collectible, Alocasia Sanderiana ‘Bull Pink’ combines the unmistakable structure of Sanderiana foliage with unpredictable pink variegation.

Its elongated, deeply lobed leaves develop with prominent contrasting veins and sharply defined edges, creating the dramatic, almost sculptural appearance that makes Sanderiana forms so distinctive. Across the deep green foliage, pink variegation can develop as soft blush tones, mottled marbling, speckling and stronger sections of colour.

Each new leaf can produce its own balance of green, pink and contrasting venation, with the plant's full character becoming increasingly apparent as it establishes and matures.

✨ Tissue Culture Information

This plant is supplied as a young tissue-culture plantlet and must be carefully acclimatised after removal from its sealed growing environment.

Every order includes an NPG Tissue Culture Acclimation Pack. Please read both guides before purchasing or deflasking your plantlet:

• NPG Tissue Culture Acclimatisation Protocol
• NPG Tissue Culture Acclimation & Aftercare Guide

Tissue-culture plantlets are young, living plants, and some loss is always possible during acclimation. Please ensure you have an appropriate growing environment and are comfortable with the process before purchasing.

✨ Care Once Acclimatised

Provide bright, indirect light, moderate to high humidity and warm, stable temperatures of approximately 18–28°C. Keep the substrate lightly and evenly moist without allowing it to remain saturated.

Once fully acclimatised, transition into our NPG Alocasia Formula in a suitable self-watering setup, or grow in an appropriate semi-hydro substrate such as pon. Maintain consistent warmth and avoid sudden changes in temperature or moisture.

🌱 NPG Tip

Pink variegation can naturally change in intensity and distribution as the plant develops. Young tissue-culture foliage is not necessarily representative of how the plant will look at maturity, so allow Bull Pink time to establish and produce new growth before judging its eventual pattern.

Consistent warmth, bright indirect light and stable growing conditions will give the plant the best opportunity to develop its distinctive Sanderiana form and increasingly expressive pink variegation.
